HELPER Food MachineryContact us

Filled & stuffed dough food processing

Build the line around the food—not around one machine.

HELPER engineers the preparation side of dumpling, gyoza, wonton, shumai, pierogi, mandu, momo, khinkali and empanada production, then coordinates the handoff to a product-matched forming system and downstream process.

The ownership boundary

Three labels prevent one misleading “complete line” claim.

Machine origin and integration responsibility are not the same thing. The commercial proposal and equipment schedule should identify the category for every module.

HELPER Manufactured

Preparation equipment

Typically includes selected HELPER-built machines for dough mixing, dough resting or feeding, sheet reduction, wrapper preparation, meat size reduction, filling mixing and vegetable preparation.

  • Exact model and origin listed
  • Published claims tied to HELPER documentation
  • Product trials define the working window
Integrated by HELPER

One coordinated project

HELPER can define the line sequence, capacity basis, transfer heights, accumulation, control handshakes, layout and acceptance plan across the agreed project boundary.

  • Interfaces documented before order
  • Accepted output—not nameplate speed—used for balance
  • Commissioning responsibility written into the contract
Compatible / Partner Equipment

Food-specific forming and downstream

Dumpling, gyoza, wonton, shumai and regional-food forming modules, plus arranging, freezing or packaging where applicable, may be supplied by qualified partners.

  • Partner brand and model disclosed in the proposal
  • No partner machine presented as HELPER-manufactured
  • Interface acceptance tested with representative product

Process architecture

Two preparation streams meet at the former.

The critical engineering work happens before and at that junction: sheet state, filling rheology, portion accuracy, speed balance and control responsibility.

Dough mixingHydration, temperature and development
Resting & feedingRelaxation and stable infeed
SheetingWidth, thickness and tension
Filling preparationParticle size, temperature and flow
Filling & formingCompatible partner former
DownstreamArrange, cook/freeze and pack

Integration rule: the former is selected only after wrapper or sheet geometry, filling condition, piece weight, shape and accepted output have been defined.

Engineering handoff

What HELPER needs before matching a partner former.

InputWhy it mattersEvidence to provide
Product geometryDetermines forming principle, tooling and discharge orientation.Photos, samples, dimensions, weight and allowable variation.
Dough or wrapperControls sheet reduction, cutting, sealing and line stability.Formula range, hydration, thickness, width/diameter and resting condition.
FillingControls feeding method, portion accuracy and seal contamination risk.Recipe range, particle distribution, temperature and target filling weight.
Accepted outputPrevents nominal former speed from hiding rejects or downstream bottlenecks.Saleable pieces or kilograms per hour and trial acceptance criteria.
Final product stateChanges spacing, transfer, cooking/freezing and packaging requirements.Fresh, chilled, steamed, boiled, fried or frozen condition at pack-off.

Send the food first. We will map the machines second.

Include samples or photos, piece weight, dough and filling details, accepted hourly output, final product state, factory layout and utilities. The returned proposal will label every module by manufacturer and integration responsibility.
