Work with HELPER · Technical service cooperation

Bring your service capability closer to food factories.

We welcome machinery service companies and capable technical teams from different regions to introduce themselves to HELPER. Tell us where you work and what you can support. We review your capability before discussing a regional partnership or introducing a customer.

Service capability

Tell us which work your team can deliver.

We are interested in teams with practical industrial machinery experience, clear customer communication and the ability to work with HELPER engineering support. Introduce the services you can provide within your region.

Installation & assembly

Equipment positioning, mechanical assembly, connection checks and installation support within an agreed site scope.

Commissioning & handover

Testing, adjustment, fault documentation and support for an agreed commissioning and acceptance plan.

Operator training

Practical operating, cleaning and routine maintenance guidance based on the supplied equipment and HELPER documentation.

Maintenance & repair

Preventive maintenance, mechanical or electrical diagnosis and approved repair work within your demonstrated competence.

Technical troubleshooting

Gather machine identification, symptoms, photographs and measurements, then work with HELPER to define the next steps.

Spare-parts assistance

Help identify required parts, coordinate with HELPER and carry out approved replacement. Local stock is confirmed separately.

From first contact to customer introduction

Build the relationship before a service need arrives.

Machinery maintenance companies, food-equipment service businesses, automation specialists and dealers with technical teams can apply. Describe your actual geographic coverage and the work you can take responsibility for.

Applications are welcome from Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Identify the countries you can serve and whether cross-border travel is practical. HELPER confirms actual service availability for each customer project.

  1. Introduce your company.

Send your location, coverage, technical team, relevant machinery experience and business contact details.

  2. Review capability with HELPER.

We review identity, experience, references, technical skills and service coverage. Further technical discussion or training may be needed.

  3. Confirm the cooperation scope.

Agree the approved region, equipment and service scope, communication and commercial arrangements in writing. Applying alone is not an appointment.

  4. Match a customer requirement.

When a suitable request arises, HELPER checks fit and availability, then coordinates an introduction so the customer can discuss the agreed local service directly.

  5. Agree and document the job.

Confirm the task, responsible parties, fees, travel, timing and service records before work starts. Review the result after completion.

Please do not include passports, bank details or confidential customer documents in your initial email. If further evidence is needed, HELPER will explain the review requirements.

Clear cooperation boundaries

Confirm the region, responsibilities and costs.

Does an application make us an authorised HELPER partner?

No. HELPER must first review your capability and confirm the scope in writing. Applying does not grant authorised status, certification, exclusivity or guaranteed customer assignments.

How are customers introduced to a service company?

After review and confirmation of the cooperation scope, HELPER checks the specific machine, location, required skills and availability. Where a suitable match exists, we coordinate an introduction with the parties so the customer can contact the company about the agreed service.

Are installation, commissioning and training free or included with every machine?

No general inclusion is stated here. The equipment quotation and agreed service scope determine what is included. Service fees, engineer travel, accommodation and other expenses must be confirmed for each project before work starts.

Who is responsible for technical decisions and warranty matters?

HELPER coordinates factory technical information and equipment-related decisions. The parties agree the local service provider's responsibilities and payment route for each job. Warranty coverage follows the customer's equipment contract; it is not changed by this recruitment page.

Can a company apply for both sales and service cooperation?

Yes. Please describe both capabilities. Sales representation follows the existing sales representative and distributor programme; technical service scope and fees are agreed separately.

For equipment customers

Need support at your factory?

Contact HELPER with your country, machine model, serial number where available and the service you need. We will confirm the available support arrangement for your project. Do not assume local coverage or included installation from this application page.
