Support for your HELPER equipment

Service & After-Sales Support

Plan installation with confidence. Get help with commissioning, operator training, maintenance and spare parts throughout your equipment project.

Choose the right service route

Local support and factory expertise.

Local third-party service

In regions with a suitable third-party service provider, customers may choose that company for the agreed installation, commissioning or maintenance work. HELPER checks the provider’s capability, equipment fit and availability before coordinating an introduction.

The provider’s service scope, rates, travel costs and responsibilities are confirmed separately. Ask HELPER for current availability in your location before making a booking.

HELPER technician dispatch

If suitable local service is unavailable, HELPER can arrange for technicians to travel to your factory. We agree the work required, personnel, site readiness and visit schedule before travel.

This route is also available for projects requiring direct factory technical involvement, subject to the agreed arrangements.

For Latvia and other EU destinations, service availability is checked for the specific location and machine. Contact us for the current arrangement; a local provider is not assumed to be available in every country.

Budget for an on-site visit

Clear costs before travel.

For a HELPER technician visit, the technician service fee is USD 100 per technician per day. The buyer provides meals, accommodation and flight tickets.

Confirm the number of technicians, chargeable days and travel arrangements in the service quotation. Any additional costs and the treatment of travel days should be agreed before the visit.

Installation, commissioning and operator training are included only where stated in the equipment quotation or agreed service scope. Local third-party providers quote their own fees.

Installation & assembly

Review machine positioning, assembly and line interfaces against the agreed layout. Confirm site utilities and the responsibilities for unloading, lifting and local connections before the visit.

Commissioning & handover

Agree the checks, representative trial materials and acceptance criteria. Record settings, observations and any follow-up items so your team has a clear basis for handover.

Operator training

Arrange instruction for the supplied equipment: start-up and shutdown, operating controls, approved adjustments, cleaning and routine checks. Confirm the training language, participants and documentation in advance.

Remote technical support

Start with the model, serial number, symptoms and relevant photographs or video. HELPER can review the information and discuss the next steps, including whether an on-site visit is needed.

Maintenance & repairs

Describe the maintenance history, operating conditions and issue. The work may be handled through an available local provider or a HELPER technician, depending on the machine and agreed scope.

Spare parts

Send the machine identification, part number where known, clear photographs and quantity. Confirm compatibility, availability, price, shipping destination and lead time before ordering.

Before the technician arrives

Prepare the site for productive work.

Use this checklist to coordinate the visit. The requirements for your specific equipment follow its approved drawings, instructions and service plan.

Common service questions

Know what to expect.

Can you provide a service partner’s company name and contact details?

Contact HELPER with your country, city and machine. Where a suitable provider is available and the cooperation scope is confirmed, we can coordinate an introduction and provide the relevant company and contact information.

Are installation and training included in the machine price?

Check the current quotation. Included services must be stated in the agreed scope. For separately arranged HELPER technician visits, the service fee is USD 100 per technician per day, with flight tickets, meals and accommodation provided by the buyer.

How long will commissioning take?

The duration depends on the equipment, line complexity, site readiness and agreed trials. HELPER will discuss an estimated schedule for the specific project before travel; there is no single duration for every installation.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty period, covered items, exclusions and service-cost allocation follow your equipment contract. Provide the serial number, order reference and issue details so HELPER can review the applicable terms. This service page does not change an existing contract.

How quickly can spare parts be supplied?

Availability and lead time depend on the part, machine configuration and delivery location. Send the identification and photographs first so the correct item can be confirmed. Discuss a recommended spare-parts list when planning your installation.

What should I send when a machine has a problem?

Send the model and serial number, country and city, a description of the symptoms, displayed error messages and when the issue started. Include recent changes, relevant photographs and a short video if it can be recorded safely. Follow the machine’s instructions and your site’s isolation procedures before inspection; do not bypass guards or interlocks.

Can our company apply to provide local service?

Yes. Machinery service businesses and qualified technical teams can use the separate service partner application page. Applications are reviewed before a cooperation scope or customer introduction is confirmed.
