Represent HELPER in your market

Local relationships. Factory support.

We welcome individuals and companies who want to develop food-machinery sales in their region. Partners who can also help customers locally are especially welcome.

Join us as an independent sales representative, a distributor or a partner combining sales with local service.

Discuss a partnership

Choose the role that fits you.

You can apply as an individual or a company. Tell us what you can contribute today and what you would like to learn.

Independent sales representative

Find prospective customers, understand their production needs and introduce qualified projects to HELPER. Commission-based cooperation can begin on a non-exclusive basis, with terms agreed in writing.

New to food machinery? You are welcome to introduce yourself. A willingness to learn and a practical market-development plan are a useful starting point.

Distributor or sales company

Bring your food-industry customer network, sales coverage and regional knowledge. We can discuss suitable products, how enquiries are handled and the support needed to develop your market.

Share the equipment categories you already represent and the customer sectors you know best.

Sales and local service partner

Help customers communicate their requirements and coordinate local visits, installation or after-sales work. Technical companies and individuals with relevant service skills are especially welcome.

Prefer technical work without a sales role? Explore our independent service opportunities.

A clear division of work.

Start with the capabilities you have. Agree the responsibilities for each project before promising a service to a customer.

You develop the local relationship

Identify prospects, collect product and capacity requirements, arrange discussions and help follow up on projects. Where available, provide local language support and on-site coordination.

HELPER supports the technical work

Our team handles technical consultation, machine selection, specifications, quotations, commissioning support and after-sales technical assistance. We help you understand the product range so you can explain it accurately.

Plan installation and training together

Training can take place in China or remotely. Technicians can be arranged to assist with installation, with installation fees quoted separately. We provide a one-year warranty; the scope and service arrangements are confirmed with the equipment quotation.

Agree the cooperation before introducing customers.

A written representative agreement gives both sides a clear basis for working together.

Commission and payment

Agree the commission rate, calculation basis and payment arrangements in writing. Commission can be arranged against customer payments received, including deposits and balances. Specific commercial terms are discussed individually.

Customer registration

Register introduced customers with HELPER and confirm the account record together. Set out how direct purchases, repeat orders, additional equipment, upgrades and spare parts are covered in your agreement.

Territory and local support

Tell us the country or region you want to cover. We will discuss territory availability and the cooperation model with you. Local technical work is matched to the partner's qualifications and the agreed service scope.

Get to know the equipment.

From individual machines to complete production lines, choose a starting range that matches your local customers.

From introduction to a first project.

  1. Introduce yourself. Share your country, background, target customers and preferred role.
  2. Review the fit together. Discuss products, territory, your development plan and any local service capabilities.
  3. Confirm the written terms. Agree customer registration, commissions and responsibilities before introducing accounts.
  4. Learn the range and develop opportunities. Work with our team on product familiarisation, requirements and the first customer enquiry.

Tell us about your market.

Individuals and companies are both welcome. Send your name, company if applicable, country or region, preferred role, sales or technical experience, target food sectors and local service capabilities. If you are new to this industry, tell us how you plan to get started.

We will review your introduction and discuss the next steps with you.
