The packing sequence

Protection starts inside the crate.

01

Wrap the equipment

Protective film or covering is applied around the machine and its components before the outer panels are fitted.

02

Secure the base

The photographs show timber blocking around machine feet and a retaining strap securing a covered component to its base.

03

Assemble the crate

Plywood panels and supporting members are assembled around the packed equipment, with the crate shape adapted to the load.

04

Prepare for dispatch

Closed upright and long-format crates are grouped in the dispatch preparation area.

Plan the delivery details with your equipment.

Packing arrangements depend on the machine configuration and shipping plan. For your quotation, share the destination, transport route and any unloading or site-access constraints. Confirm the packed dimensions, weight, number of packages and supplied loose items with the HELPER team before dispatch.

Any destination-specific packing or documentation requirements should be agreed as part of the order.

Discuss your equipment and destination.

Send the model or line configuration and destination country so we can discuss the packing and delivery scope for your project.
