Capacity depends on the material and process. Confirm the selected configuration, utilities and acceptance conditions in the quotation.
DG-Q02 is offered with three published portioning options. The ordered range should cover the real minimum and maximum product weights without treating all three ranges as one simultaneous setting. Put the selected range and the intended product into the signed quotation.
This is a pneumatic filler. Confirm that the plant can maintain clean, stable air within the listed 0.5–0.6 MPa operating range while other equipment is running. Pressure drop, moisture and undersized air lines can affect cycling and portion repeatability.
The catalog tolerance and 30–50 cycle/min values require validation with the buyer's product. Minced meat, coarse particles, temperature and the chosen portion range can change actual results.
Test the smallest, typical and largest commercial weights. Weigh consecutive portions and record average, maximum deviation and start-up rejects. Use the real recipe, because a smooth test paste does not represent meat with larger pieces.
Check hopper loading, foot or cycle control, casing handling and access to the outlet. The selected arrangement should let the operator control the product without reaching across moving or pressurized parts.
If the filler will feed an automatic clipper, confirm horn size, discharge pressure, trigger signal, pause response and emergency-stop circuit. Acceptance should cover both machines working together at the agreed portion.
Confirm disassembly of the rotary filling path and other product-contact parts, required tools, cleaning time and reassembly checks. Include one recipe or allergen changeover if frequent cleaning is part of the production plan.
Provide product type, temperature, largest particle, desired portion weights, casing or container, hourly target and shift pattern. Add the available compressed-air pressure and flow, 220 V supply, clipper model, factory space and cleaning procedure. HELPER can then identify the correct portioning option and define a sample test around accepted output rather than an unloaded cycle rate.
