See the machine and its conveyor together.
The photograph shows the top feed hopper, enclosed machine body, two front adjustment handwheels with dial faces, and the push-button control panel marked MDJ-540.
The blue conveyor extending from the right side belongs to this unit, together with its supporting frame. The neighboring machine at the far right is a separate downstream stage.

Match the sheeting stage to the next operation.
Incoming dough
Define the dough recipe, hydration, incoming condition and loading method. Coordinate delivery from mixing or resting with the material presented to the hopper.
Review dough mixing →Outgoing sheet
Specify the required sheet width, thickness, continuity and condition. Coordinate conveyor direction, discharge height and speed with the next rolling or forming machine.
Review smooth rolling →Confirm the operating specification.
Sheeting and controls
Confirm the roller arrangement, adjustment range, drive configuration and control sequence for the selected MDJ-540. Agree guarding, access for cleaning and the operating procedure in the machine documentation.
Conveyor and layout
Include the blue belt and supporting frame in the unit layout. Check belt width, supported transfer length, working height and access around the discharge before finalizing the installation.
Working width, capacity, speed, power, dimensions and electrical supply are confirmed in the quotation and technical drawing for the selected configuration.
Review the sheet with your recipe.
Use representative dough to assess hopper feeding, sheet continuity, edge condition, release and transfer. Record incoming dough condition, adjustments and outgoing sheet measurements against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Compare related sheeting units.
Compare the actual hopper, roller arrangement and conveyor interface when choosing a unit for a new or existing line.
Plan your compound sheeting unit.
Send your product, recipe range, incoming dough condition, outgoing sheet requirements and neighboring equipment. Include the factory layout, electrical supply and cleaning requirements.
