Load & vacuum seal
Place the product in a compatible shrink bag. Use the upstream vacuum packaging machine to evacuate and seal it.
A lift-platform hot-water shrink machine for compatible bags after vacuum packing and sealing. Match the immersion cycle to the bag, product and loading pattern.

The supplied specification describes a 304 stainless-steel unit with time-relay control and a waterproof digital temperature controller. The lift platform provides the product immersion stage.
The figures in this schedule apply to the small shrink unit. A separate vacuum packaging machine is selected and quoted independently.
Tank dimensions and the 160 L effective-volume rating are reproduced from the supplied schedule. Confirm the internal drawing, operating fill level and usable volume together before ordering.
| Packing cycle rate | 6-8 cycles/min |
|---|---|
| Water tank dimensions | 650 × 460 × 500 mm |
| Lift platform dimensions | 610 × 410 mm |
| Product immersion depth | 300 mm |
| Effective volume (supplied rating) | 160 L |
| Heating temperature range | 0-100°C |
| Electrical supply | 380 V / 50 Hz |
| Total installed power | 11 kW |
| Overall dimensions | 700 × 720 × 1300 mm |
| Timing control | Taiwan time relay |
| Temperature control | Waterproof digital temperature controller |
| Construction | 304 stainless steel |
Place the product in a compatible shrink bag. Use the upstream vacuum packaging machine to evacuate and seal it.
Transfer sealed packs to the shrink unit. Set temperature and time to suit the bag specification and agreed trial conditions.
Raise the platform, remove the packs and check shrink appearance and seal integrity before downstream handling.

For a paired system, confirm the vacuum packer discharge, shrink-platform loading height, pack accumulation and operator handling. The 610 × 410 mm platform and 300 mm immersion depth should be checked against the real filled bag.
Send the product dimensions, pack weight, bag material, desired packs per cycle and accepted output. Include the available 380 V / 50 Hz supply and installation space.
A heating range of 0-100°C is not a validated food-cooking or sterilization claim. Select the shrink cycle using the packaging material and product trial.
No. It is the hot-water shrinking stage after vacuum packing and sealing. The separate conveyor vacuum packer shown on this page is upstream equipment, not part of the shrink unit technical schedule.
The bag must be suitable for hot-water shrink processing. Confirm the bag supplier's shrink-temperature and exposure-time requirements with the actual product and seal before selecting the settings.
Not necessarily. It is a cycle rate. Accepted pack output depends on how many compatible packs fit on the platform, their dimensions and weight, loading and unloading time, and the selected immersion cycle.
No. It is the supplied heating-temperature range for this packaging unit. It does not establish a validated cooking, pasteurization or sterilization process for the food.
The supplied schedule separately lists 650 × 460 × 500 mm tank dimensions and a 160 L effective-volume rating. Confirm the final internal drawing, operating fill level and usable water volume together before ordering.
Share the filled-pack dimensions and weight, shrink-film specification, required output and whether you need the shrink unit alone or a matched vacuum-and-shrink arrangement.
Temperature, timing, working water level, load pattern and the final equipment interfaces are confirmed with the selected configuration.
