HP-U810 is not a fully hand-powered clipper. The operator loads the casing manually, while compressed air actuates the closing mechanism.
The published cycle rate is not guaranteed finished-product output. Handling time, casing and clip selection affect practical throughput.

The workstation
Position. Close. Inspect.
For gathered sausage and ham casings where a metal clip is the intended closure. Review the casing and clip together rather than choosing by machine size alone.
Keep hands clear of the clipping mechanism. Follow the supplied operating and safety instructions; this overview is not an operator manual.
- Prepare the station. Connect regulated compressed air and fit the agreed clip and tooling set.
- Present the casing. Gather the casing neck and place it in the clipping position by hand.
- Close and inspect. Operate the pneumatic cycle using the supplied controls; check the formed clip and casing before proceeding.

Practical questions, answered.
Is this a bag heat sealer or a shrink-wrapping machine?
No. It mechanically closes a gathered casing with a metal clip. It does not heat-seal a flat film seam, form a vacuum pack or shrink film around a product.
Does “manual” mean no compressed air?
Not for the HP-U810. Manual describes casing loading; the closing action is pneumatic and requires 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air. Choose the hand-lever U-type machine if an air-powered drive is not wanted.
How should I compare the casing range?
The HP-U810 schedule specifies 70–140 mm filled product diameter. The manual U-type schedule instead specifies casing flat width. They are different measurements; supply both values with the casing material.
Which clips should I order?
U801 and U810 are the published clip families for HP-U810. Confirm the clip size, forming tooling and casing together before ordering.
