Choose a vegetable preparation direction

Complete all fields with the material the machine will actually receive. For a multi-SKU line, run the selector once for the normal product and again for the most difficult product.

How to use the result

The suggested family is a starting point. Compare the result with the full selection guide, then provide normal and difficult trial lots. A reliable proposal should define accepted output, yield, damage, sanitation and downstream transfer—not only the machine's nominal feed rate.

Can one cutter process several vegetables?

Many cutters support multiple tools, but each crop, maturity and cut specification requires its own operating range and trial acceptance.

Should washing be selected before cutting?

The sequence depends on incoming contamination, peeling, cut format, hygiene zoning and wash-water control. Review the complete process rather than one machine.

How should capacity be measured?

Measure accepted kilograms per hour within the agreed cut, damage, yield and moisture limits. Gross feed rate is not the same as saleable output.

When is a product trial required?

A trial is especially important for variable crop size, fragile leaves, fibrous products, strict cut tolerances, low-loss peeling or multi-product changeovers.
