Independent Service Opportunities

Support machinery in your region.

Introduce your mechanical, electrical, PLC or food-machinery service experience. HELPER may contact qualified candidates when a customer location and technical requirement match.

Who should introduce themselves?

We are interested in people and companies that already understand safe industrial field work and can communicate clearly with both a factory customer and a remote engineering team.

Relevant backgrounds

  • Independent mechanical engineers
  • Food-machinery technicians
  • Electrical and PLC engineers
  • Industrial maintenance companies
  • Machinery dealers with service teams

Useful experience

  • Industrial installation and commissioning
  • Mechanical diagnosis, alignment and parts replacement
  • Electrical panels, motors, sensors and safety circuits
  • PLC fault finding and controlled parameter checks
  • Food-factory hygiene and site-safety procedures

What work may be involved?

The actual scope depends on the machine, the customer site and HELPER’s diagnosis. No engineer should begin work until the task boundary, safety requirements and commercial terms have been agreed.

Possible field tasks

  • Installation and assembly checks
  • Commissioning support
  • Troubleshooting and fault documentation
  • Repair and approved parts replacement
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Operator or maintenance-team guidance

HELPER’s role

  • Confirm the machine and reported problem
  • Define the initial technical scope
  • Provide available manuals, drawings or remote guidance
  • Coordinate relevant spare-parts information
  • Review service feedback and next actions

How does qualification work?

An open application is only the first step. Customer-facing work requires a separate review for identity, experience, location, availability and task-specific competence.

  1. 01

    Introduce your experience.

Send your location, languages, service radius, technical background and contact information.

  2. 02

    Complete an initial review.

HELPER may request identity, company, employment-history, reference or qualification evidence relevant to your market.

  3. 03

    Match a real service need.

If a suitable customer requirement appears, HELPER checks technical fit, travel practicality and availability. A match is not automatic.

  4. 04

    Agree the assignment boundary.

Scope, safety responsibilities, communication, timing and commercial terms must be confirmed before work begins.

  5. 05

    Review the completed work.

Service records and customer feedback inform whether future assignments or a deeper service-partner relationship should be considered.

What should your first email include?

A short, structured introduction is enough. Do not send passports, national identification numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents in the first email.

Your initial profile

Use the email button to open a prepared checklist, or write to sales@helperfoodmachinery.com with the same information.

Location
Country or region, city and the area you can reasonably serve.
Languages
Languages you can use with customers and HELPER’s technical team.
Experience
Years in mechanical, electrical, automation or food-machinery service.
Technical scope
Machine types, brands, PLC platforms or industrial systems you have worked on.
Travel
Your normal travel radius and whether cross-border work is possible.
Professional reference
Company website, business profile, LinkedIn page or another verifiable professional source, if available.

If HELPER later needs documents for a specific review, we will explain what is required and how it should be provided. Initial applications are handled by email; a dedicated application system has not yet been launched.

Questions engineers usually ask.

The answers below define the current programme boundary. Country coverage, response commitments and formal partner levels will only be published when they are operationally verified.

Does applying make me a HELPER employee or authorised service partner?

No. An application only places your information into a candidate review process. Employment, certification, territory rights and authorised-partner status are not granted by applying.

Are service assignments guaranteed?

No. HELPER first confirms the customer issue, location, required skills, availability and commercial terms. An assignment is discussed only when there is a suitable match.

Can a service company or dealer technical team apply?

Yes. Independent engineers, maintenance companies, industrial automation specialists and machinery dealers with capable service teams may introduce their experience.

Do I need previous experience with HELPER machines?

Not for an initial introduction. Relevant food-machinery, packaging, industrial mechanical, electrical or PLC experience is useful. HELPER-specific documentation or training would be provided only when appropriate to a defined task.

How are payment and expenses handled?

Commercial terms are not standardised on this page. For a potential assignment, the responsible parties, service fee, approved travel costs, payment route and local tax requirements must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Will my profile be shown publicly?

Not through this initial programme. The page recruits candidates; it is not a public engineer marketplace or customer directory. HELPER would need separate permission before publishing personal or company profile information.

Introduce the work you already know.

Tell us where you operate, what machinery you have serviced and how far you can travel. We will keep the first review practical.
