HELPER is opening a practical route for independent engineers and service companies that can support food-machinery installation, diagnosis, maintenance and repair in their local region.
We are starting with technical service because local response can reduce travel delays for customers while giving qualified engineers access to relevant industrial work.

HELPER provides factory engineering knowledge, documentation, remote diagnosis and spare-parts coordination. A qualified local professional may provide the on-site mechanical or electrical work when a customer location and service requirement match.
HELPER keeps control of technical triage, service scope and customer coordination. Joining the candidate pool does not make an applicant a HELPER employee, authorised representative or certified service partner.
