Industrial Wrapper Dough Sheeter

A four-stage variable-speed roller that turns conditioned dough into a controlled 270 mm or 360 mm band before noodle cutting, dumpling-wrapper cutting or wonton-wrapper forming.

One intermediate machine, several forming paths

The YPJ prepares a stable sheet between dough development and final cutting or forming. The downstream module determines whether the line produces noodle strands, dumpling wrappers or wonton wrappers.

01Mix and conditionPrepare the recipe in a dough mixer and allow the required rest or aging time.
02Feed evenlyPresent a consistent dough mass or pre-sheet to the first roller stage.
03Reduce progressivelySet the rolling ratio across four independently driven stages.

Four controlled reductions in a compact vertical layout

Each roller stage uses an independent motor and reducer. Variable-frequency control lets the line set a suitable reduction ratio for the dough, while vertical roller distribution limits the floor-space demand.

Independent roller drives

Adjust the reduction relationship by stage instead of forcing final thickness in one pass.

Automatic dusting

Published configuration includes flour application before cutting and collection.

Automatic roll-up

The sheet can be cut and rolled for buffered supply to a receiving process.

Stainless-steel structure

Published construction is intended for food-production cleaning and routine access.

Choose 270 or 360 mm from the usable sheet layout

Draw the target wrapper or noodle layout across the sheet, including edge trim and spacing between lanes. Check it against the receiving cutter or former before choosing a working width.

YPJ-270

Shortlist the 270 mm width when the required lanes and trim fit that band and the receiving process can meet the output target.

YPJ-360

Consider the 360 mm width when the product needs a wider band or the validated lane layout uses the extra width. A wider sheet does not automatically guarantee more accepted product.

At the published maximum speed, width × speed × 60 gives a gross sheet-area calculation: 162 m²/h for 270 mm and 216 m²/h for 360 mm. These are full-width geometric values, before trim, pauses or rejects. They are not measured saleable capacity.

For a representative trial, compare thickness variation, sticking, tearing, dusting and accepted output. Include feeding, roll handling and changeover when assessing staffing. Confirm cutters and forming modules separately from the sheeter.

Plan sheet area and accepted output or send your sheet layout and receiving-machine details.

YPJ-270 and YPJ-360 specifications

The 2026 HELPER catalogue is the controlling source for this product family. Capacity is not stated; sustainable output depends on recipe, sheet thickness, accepted quality and downstream demand.

*The English table in the 2026 catalogue lists 600 kg for YPJ-270, consistent with the earlier official YPJ-270 record. The Chinese table on the same spread lists 1000 kg. Confirm machine and shipping weight in the signed technical specification.

Specify both interfaces before ordering

This is an intermediate sheeting machine, not a universal plug-and-play connector. Feed height, dough condition, sheet tension, buffer method, lane layout and receiving speed must be confirmed as one system.

Upstream dough preparation

Connect after a mixer only when the project also defines dough discharge, resting or aging, feed geometry and accumulation between batch mixing and continuous rolling.

Noodle cutting path

Use a downstream cutter or noodle-forming module that accepts the selected sheet width, thickness, speed and discharge height. A complete noodle machine with its own roller train may duplicate this function.

Wrapper forming path

Match the sheet or collected roll to dumpling, gyoza, wonton, shumai or momo wrapper cutting and forming equipment, including lane pitch and dusting requirement.

Keep the two YPJ families separate

YPJ-270/360 industrial family: 270 mm and 360 mm working widths, 1-6 mm published rolling range and 3.3/4.5 kW power.

YPJ-225/270 compact family: an earlier two- or three-track dumpling-machine feed series with different published weights and model coverage.

The shared YPJ-270 designation does not prove that the two catalogue versions are interchangeable. Confirm roller arrangement, sheet exit, track layout, electrical configuration and drawings against the quoted machine.

YPJ-270/360 questions

Can it connect directly to an automatic dough mixer?

It can be engineered after a mixer, but batch discharge normally needs a defined resting, buffering and feeding method. Mixer discharge alone does not guarantee continuous, uniform roller feed.

Can one machine feed noodles, dumpling wrappers and wonton wrappers?

The same sheet-preparation platform can support those routes when the downstream cutter or former accepts the sheet width, thickness and speed. Product changeover and every interface must be confirmed by trial.

Which width should be selected?

Select 270 mm or 360 mm from the receiving machine, lane layout, trim allowance and required sheet format—not from nominal width alone.

Is the published speed the finished-product capacity?

No. The catalogue states a maximum line speed of 10 m/min. Accepted kilograms or pieces per hour depend on dough, thickness, product format, interruptions and downstream equipment.

Match the sheeter to the complete line

Send the dough recipe, target sheet, mixer discharge method and downstream machine model. HELPER can confirm the width, interfaces and factory-acceptance test.
