Individual dough-processing unit

1.5 m Lifting Conveyor with Flour Duster

An inclined transfer conveyor with an integrated flour dusting box. The 1.5 m height configuration links a lower feeding position to the next elevated handover in a noodle or dough-processing route.

Lift and transfer

Connect two working heights.

The blue belt runs along a low receiving section, an incline and a short elevated horizontal section. This arrangement provides a transfer stage between equipment installed at different working heights.

The illustrated unit has a side-mounted geared motor, stainless support frame and a flour dusting box over the lower belt section. Define the incoming material, support and discharge condition around this individual station.

Apply dusting within the transfer stage.

The box provides a location for the specified flour-dusting operation as material passes along the conveyor. Confirm the dusting medium, coverage requirement and adjustment arrangement for the intended product.

Dusting needs should be reviewed with the dough recipe, surface condition and following operation. The presence of a box does not establish a metered dosing accuracy or guarantee that every product will remain free from sticking.

Upstream: define the incoming product.

The receiving end may be planned around a noodle-forming head, cutting station or another material-transfer unit. Confirm whether the material is a continuous sheet, strands or cut product, and check that the selected belt and incline suit its condition.

These are possible interface discussions, not a fixed sequence for every noodle route.

Downstream: agree the elevated handover.

The short upper section supports transfer into the next specified operation. Match its discharge height, belt direction, width and product support to the receiving equipment.

Identify any gap, guide, chute or additional conveyor needed at the handover. Those connections must be defined in the layout rather than inferred from the standalone image.

What does the 1.5 m height describe?

This page identifies the owner-specified 1.5 m height configuration. Confirm the measurement reference, inlet height, discharge height and overall envelope on the approved drawing before matching it to existing machinery.

Belt length, usable width, incline angle, power and throughput are separate specifications. They cannot be calculated reliably from the image or from the height alone.

Prepare the configuration brief.

  • Product form, recipe range and surface condition
  • Receiving and discharge heights
  • Usable belt width and available floor space
  • Required transfer rate and neighboring equipment
  • Dusting material and intended coverage
  • Electrical supply, control coordination and access

Confirm the included dusting adjustments, belt arrangement and service scope with the selected equipment.

Check transfer and dusting together.

Use representative product to inspect entry support, belt tracking, product movement on the incline and release at the discharge. Review the dusted surface at the next operation as well as directly after the box.

Record the belt setting, dusting setting, recipe and product observations during the trial. Check coordinated stopping and restarting with the adjacent machines.

Access and daily handling.

Review access to the belt, dusting box, drive and transfer ends when arranging the unit. Agree how the box is filled and emptied and how the relevant surfaces are inspected and cleaned.

Allow working space around the frame, supports and equipment interfaces. The final installation and operating arrangement follows the supplied configuration and instructions.

Common planning questions.

Does this unit cut or form noodles?

No cutting or forming function is assigned here. This unit provides inclined transfer with a flour dusting box; those other operations belong to separately specified equipment.

Does 1.5 m specify the conveyor length?

No. It identifies the stated height configuration. Confirm the dimensional references and the separate belt length in the layout drawing.

Is the dusting box a precision batch-dosing system?

Do not assume that from the photograph. Confirm the dusting mechanism, adjustment and required application separately; no dosing accuracy is claimed on this page.
