Noodle Vertical Cutter Conveyor

A conveyor-based vertical cutting unit for the noodle-length cutting and transfer stage. Connect the incoming noodle strands to the next handling operation through a defined cutting station.

Cut across the noodle flow.

This unit is identified as a noodle vertical cutter conveyor. Its role is the length-cutting stage: noodles are carried through the cutting station and passed onward in the required cut condition.

Length cutting is a different job from slitting a dough band into narrow strands. The forming or slitting head establishes the strand arrangement; this unit is selected around the subsequent length-cutting requirement.

The machine unit shown.

The illustration shows the white conveyor belt, a tall stainless enclosure over the working area, a side-mounted geared motor and the supporting steel frame. Neighboring equipment has been removed from the source photograph to make the boundary of this unit clear.

The internal blade, actuation method and control arrangement are not visible in this view. Confirm those details, the included guards and service access against the selected configuration.

Upstream: receive the formed noodles.

Plan the inlet around the noodle-forming head or the preceding transfer conveyor. Define strand width, thickness, arrangement, material condition and how the strands are supported at the handover.

Match the inlet direction, working height and usable belt width. The source photograph does not specify a universal connection for every noodle-forming machine.

Downstream: hand over the cut noodles.

The next unit may be a collection or transfer conveyor, a portion-handling station, or the next process in the agreed noodle route. Specify how the cut product must arrive, including support and separation.

If the project needs weighing, counting, grouping, folding or packaging, identify those as separate functions and confirm their equipment scope. A length-cutting conveyor alone does not establish a complete portioning or packaging system.

Noodle packaging: downstream planning →

Define the cut before setting the machine.

Specify the target noodle length, the allowed variation and the sampling method. Coordinate material feed and the cutting cycle for the selected machine rather than copying a setting from a different product.

In a trial, inspect the cut ends, strand separation, sticking, product alignment and the discharge condition. Check normal running as well as the agreed stop/restart sequence with adjacent equipment.

Information needed for configuration.

  • Noodle product, recipe range and material condition
  • Strand size and incoming arrangement
  • Required cut length and acceptance method
  • Working width, target output and transfer heights
  • Upstream and downstream equipment
  • Electrical supply, control coordination and access needs

Cut-length range, speed, power, blade arrangement and accepted capacity require the confirmed specification and product trial. No numerical performance is inferred from the image.

Common planning questions.

Does this unit slit a sheet into noodle strands?

Its named duty is vertical length cutting and transfer. Confirm the strand-forming or slitting operation separately with the preceding equipment.

Does it automatically weigh a noodle portion?

Do not assume that from this image. Weighing or counting requires a separately confirmed function and equipment arrangement.

Can the blade mechanism be identified from this picture?

No. The working area is enclosed. Request the selected configuration, operating arrangement and access details during the equipment review.
