4 bags × 25 kg

100 kg nominal flour holding.

Choose the four-bag arrangement when a 100 kg nominal flour hold fits the receiving operation. Review the replenishment frequency and the mixer demand together so the available hold suits the production schedule.

The bag basis is 25 kg of flour per bag. The stated 100 kg describes the nominal holding configuration; hourly screening output is selected separately for the flour and screen specification.

SUS304 material designation

The CAD title block specifies SUS304 stainless steel. Confirm the supplied material schedule for product-contact parts, screen mesh, seals and bought-in components when agreeing the order.

Space for loading and maintenance

The side view shows the loading lid in its raised position. Keep the loading approach and lid movement clear, and leave access to the screen assembly, vibration motors and lower discharge. Confirm the final operating clearances in the installation drawing.

Read the machine from top to bottom.

  1. Upper dust-collection housing and fan. Located above the loading chamber to collect dust around bag loading; agree the extraction and filter arrangement with the ingredient and site requirements.
  2. Hinged loading lid and chamber. The sloping lid opens for ingredient loading. The CAD isometric view shows how this chamber sits above the circular screening assembly.
  3. Circular vibrating screen and side motors. Material passes through the selected screen before reaching the hopper. Screen aperture and operating rate are specified separately for the ingredient.
  4. Lower holding hopper and discharge. Screened flour is collected below the screen. This configuration has a 100 kg nominal flour hold; agree the discharge connection with the receiving or transfer equipment.
  5. Support frame and feet. The supporting structure establishes the machine height and provides access around the lower assembly. The three bag configurations have different frame and overall heights.

The drawing gives the configuration and dimensional reference; the AI product image is an appearance visualization. Mesh aperture, motor power, extraction airflow, filtration performance and hourly throughput are not specified by this overview and are agreed for the supplied unit.

Three functions, one station

Combine powder preparation and collection.

Dust collection

The enclosed loading area and upper extraction assembly provide the dust-control stage during ingredient loading. Match the collection arrangement and airflow to the material, loading method and installation.

Vibrating screening

The circular vibrating screen sits directly beneath the loading enclosure. Select the screen opening and screening arrangement for the powder and the separation required before downstream processing.

Storage hopper

The lower hopper receives screened material and provides a 100 kg nominal flour holding configuration, based on 4 bags of 25 kg. Agree the outlet connection and emptying method with the next machine.

Equipment layout

Follow the material through the unit.

Introduce the specified dry ingredient at the upper loading chamber. Material passes through the vibrating screen and is collected in the hopper below. Dust collection is integrated around the loading stage, bringing these three duties into one equipment footprint.

The reference machine has a sloping access lid with clamps and a handle, an upper extraction housing, side-mounted vibration motors and a stainless support frame. The loading height and space for opening the lid belong in the installation layout.

Connect it to your ingredient route.

Define whether operators load bags, containers or another agreed supply. At the outlet, specify the receiving container, transfer connection or feeding equipment needed for the next process.

Confirm the transfer and batching arrangement separately when connecting the hopper to a mixer.

Configure the screen, collection and storage together.

  • Ingredient type, bulk density and flow characteristics
  • Required processing rate and loading frequency
  • Screen opening and intended separation
  • Hopper holding volume and outlet height
  • Dust-collection arrangement and filter access
  • Electrical supply, controls and available floor space

Use a representative material trial.

Check how the ingredient enters the loading chamber, passes the selected screen and discharges from the hopper. Review retained material and the downstream powder condition against the agreed requirement.

Confirm access for inspecting the screen, emptying the hopper and servicing the collection assembly. Select power, screen specification and operating rate with the material and supplied configuration.

Common configuration questions.

Does 100 kg mean hourly screening output?

No. It is the nominal flour holding configuration: 4 bags at 25 kg per bag. Confirm the operating rate with the flour, selected screen and feeding arrangement.

Can this station feed a dough mixer?

It can be planned within the mixer ingredient route. Confirm the outlet connection, transfer method and any separate weighing or dosing equipment needed for the recipe.

How does the 4-bag option differ from the other units?

This option is specified for 100 kg nominal flour holding and has a CAD overall height of 2387 mm. The family uses a common marked width of 1703 mm; the lower storage and supporting frame arrangement changes with the configuration.

GFH-1000 family

Choose the flour holding configuration.

All three units combine dust collection, vibrating screening and a hopper. Nominal flour holding follows the 25 kg bag basis; compare overall height and the lower storage arrangement.
