Control the liquid input for one mixer batch

Water is part of the recipe, so the requested dose should follow the flour or starch weight and the intended dough condition. This system provides a dedicated water-addition control point upstream of the mixer. It is separate from the mixer and from a tank used to prepare and mix a salt solution.

The supplied product brief describes a servo motor controlling the water quantity. Operators enter the quantity through the human–machine interface and can set two target quantities. The brief does not define those targets as two simultaneous outlets, two recipes or an automatic two-stage sequence; confirm the intended operating logic in the project configuration.

Define the dosing requirement before installation

State the water required per batch, desired delivery time, water temperature and the selected mixer. Agree the measurement basis for the dose: the quantity requested on the interface, the measured quantity delivered and the method used to check the difference.

Confirm the inlet supply, outlet connection, available water pressure, power supply, drainage and cleaning access. A complete interface review should establish who starts the addition, how the mixer confirms readiness and what the operator should do if an addition is interrupted. These are project questions, not unverified standard features.

Keep water dosing separate from saltwater preparation

A saltwater mixing tank prepares a dissolved ingredient mixture. A water dosing system controls the quantity added. The two duties can be part of one process, but the equipment, connection and measurement boundary must be specified separately. This page describes the dedicated dosing system shown in the supplied brief.

Questions to resolve with your quotation

What does the listed 0–9999 kg range mean?

The brief lists this as a weighing range without defining whether it is a display range, cumulative quantity or actual single-dose capability. It is not presented here as the working dose range. Confirm minimum and maximum single additions before ordering.

Are the accuracy figures a guaranteed result for every dose?

The brief lists both 2–5‰ accuracy and 50 g control precision. It does not explain their test conditions or relationship. Agree the dose size, operating conditions and acceptance method for the proposed system.

Is the system included with every dough mixer?

It is a separate supporting system. Confirm inclusion, wiring, piping and commissioning scope for the mixer quotation. Supply voltage and machine weight are not given in this brief.
